Enter Team Sheet for your team(s) into The Competition Management Tool (PLAYHQ) before noon (12pm) on the day preceding the match to be played.

Print three (3) copies and supply one to the Officiating Umpire and one to the Opposing Team prior to the commencement of the match to be played, one copy is yours to keep.

Yearly Club Deadlines

RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP WITH THE LEAGUE

Renewal of membership of The League is required at the beginning of each season.

  • Affiliation Part 1 agreement is Due 31st of October each year for the following season.

  • Affiliation Part 2 agreement is Due 31st of January for the current season.

FINANCE / ACCOUNTS

  • WHEN ARE LEAGUE FEES PAYABLE?

All scheduled fees (refer Adelaide Footy League Fees spreadsheet) are paid in accordance with the selection made with your Affiliation Part 1. Payment is made via the signed Direct Debit Request held on file at Adelaide Footy League

  • WHEN ARE UMPIRE FEES PAID?

Umpire Fees are invoiced to a club on the Wednesday proceeding the game held from the previous weekend. Payment is deducted from the clubs’ nominated account on the Friday of the same week the invoice was raised.  This payment is made via Direct Debit as per the signed authority held at Adelaide Footy League

  • WHEN ARE FINES/MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES PAID?

Fines and any miscellaneous charges (eg guernsey hire, additional filming) are generally paid via Direct Debit within 7 days from invoice date.

​

  • WHEN IS THE INVOICING FOR A CATEGORY A COMPLAINT MADE?

Payment of any Category A Complaint will be deducted via Direct Debit within two (days) of invoice being submitted to allow for the commencement of the investigation to proceed.

​

  • WHEN ARE HOSTING OF HOME FINALS INVOICE PAID?

Invoices to clubs who are hosting a home final are generated on the Tuesday before the upcoming game.  Payment of this invoice is settled via Direct Debit on Thursday of the same week.
