13 BYE ROUND PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
13.1 A player who plays in a Division in a round when their Member Club has other Divisions with the bye in that same weekend, shall not be eligible to play in a lower Division which had the bye in the following weekend of matches unless the player has played the majority of their matches in the current season in such lower Division.
13.2 A player who plays in a team which then has a bye in the following Minor Round shall not play in the lower Division in the following week of Minor Round matches unless the player has played the majority of their matches in the current season in such lower Division.
13.3 When a Member Club’s Senior teams are playing on different days within the same round of matches of The League a player may only play in multiple matches on the same day.
13.4 When a player has not played in the previous week of Minor Round matches, they must have played at least one match in the team prior to the bye.

14.1 A player who is registered in accordance with Clause 10.2 and whom plays for a team competing in the SANFL or SANFLW shall not require a transfer to resume playing for the Member Club to whom they are registered provided they have previously been transferred to their Member Club from their immediate last Australian Football club.
14.2 When a registered player of a Member Club plays a league, reserves or women’s match for an SANFL club which then has a bye in the following SANFL Minor Round, the player shall not play in the round for the player’s Member Club or for any other Member Club unless the player has played a combined minimum total of either twenty five (25) Senior and Junior Men’s matches or twenty (20) Womens matches with such Member Club or such player attended the school associated with a Member Club for three (3) years or more from the year the player turned twelve (12) years of age.
14.3 A Junior player is deemed as a player who played from the year in which they turned twelve (12) years of age.
14.4 A SANFL state match when the SANFL clubs do not play is considered as a SANFL bye.
14.5 A SANFL Split Round is considered a bye.
14.6 A player who plays a SANFL or SANFLW match cannot play in a match of The League within five (5) clear days of playing such SANFL or SANFLW match except where a Permit has been granted by The League.

16 WOMEN'S DIVISIONS
16.1 A player who desires to compete in a Senior Women’s match shall be a minimum of 15 years of age.
16.2 The approved size four (4) football shall be used for all Women’s matches of The League.
16.3 A player who has competed in an AFLW match in the previous twelve months (12) will be ineligible for selection in a Members Clubs team in The League.
16.4 A Member Club’s Women’s Divisions promotion and relegation will be determined by The League.
16.5 A player who played in the SANFLW competition in the current season shall continue playing in The League once the player’s SANFLW team’s season has been completed if
(a) the player has played less than nine (9) matches in the SANFLW in the current season and/or
(b) the player has played a minimum of three (3) matches in a competition of The League in the current season prior to the completion of the SANFLW minor rounds.
